Selling requirements

Glass Expert offers complete services to its customers. The customer has the possibility to purchase a product delivered to the Glass Expert head office (ex-factory), with transport assured for Bucharest or within the country, or even to have it mounted at its address, being granted a 12-month warranty.
 

 

Payment methods

For the products in stock, the price must be entirely paid, either in cash to our head office, or by payment order or a check.

In case the products are not in stock and must be previously ordered, the payment shall be done in two steps, more precisely 50% paid in advance upon issuing the order and 50% when you take the order from our head office.

If the order also includes mounting, the payment shall be done in three steps: 50% upon issuing the order, 40% when the components are received and prepared for mounting (their acceptance can be done at the factory), and the remaining 10% after mounting.

Working hours

The working hours of the SALE-APPLICATION department are 9.00-16.00 Monday-Friday.
The working hours of the PRODUCTION department are 8.00-16.30 Monday-Friday. 

 

 

 

 

 

Warranties

In its capacity of manufacturer,  Glass Expert GmbH,  certifies the fact that the product (work) executed complies with the quality and size requirements set forth in the agreement (order) concluded with our company.
Glass Expert guarantees the quality of their products (works) for a period of 12 months as of the buying date (manufacturing or mounting date).
This guarantee period is valid provided that the appropriate operation requirements are met, such requirements being indicated for each finished product.

 

Confidentiality

Glass Expert guarantees the right to privacy of its site users.
Glass Expert gives the site users the possibility to leave comments, send questions or suggestions. Any information sent through the contact forms will be used on the basis of the confidentiality and privacy rights of the persons.
In order to offer a smoother navigation on the website  www.glass-expert.eu , we use a browser application called "cookies". Cookies are small files that the browser places on the user hardidsk and that are used to remember the user names, passwords and preferences, in order to monitor the visits on the site and to customize pages for each visitor.
