UV bonding-a new technique

Binding with such adhesives is a plastic one, not elastic (as in the case of silicon), mobilization of glass parts is practically impossible without breaking the glass.
The finishing of glass, surface preparation and the quality of adhesives are essential in achieving high quality, resistant and secure products.
In order to obtain certain furniture items and not only that, Glass Expert uses the UV bonding method. Thus, the glass components can be bonded by only using glass (at 90˚ or with the edge finishing at from 0˚to 45˚), glass-stainless steel, glass-aluminium etc.
The UV bonding adhesives are products with a single component that do not need mixing or quantitative measuring. The quality of the adhesives used by Glass Expert for bonding the glass components eliminates the drying time or other intermediary steps, generating a high productivity.
The UV bonding process is a new technique. The unique adhesive component polymerizes and gets to the necessary hardness after exposure to UV light (315-400nm ray range). The transparency and clarity of the bond depend on the type of adhesive: very strong or elastic. The special advantage of these adhesives is the fact that they can be easily applied and the surface can be rapidly cleaned, as well as the extremely short time until hardening and stabilization of the bond.
